Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Clevo ("the app"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the app. These terms constitute a legal agreement between you and Apollo Digital Foundry LLC ("we", "us", "our").

Description of Service

Clevo is a personal habit tracking and addiction recovery application designed to help users monitor, reduce, and quit unwanted habits. The app provides tools including streak tracking, savings calculations, health timelines, journaling, urge logging, and milestone celebrations.

Medical Disclaimer

Clevo is not a medical application and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

  • The health timeline and recovery information are based on general publicly available data and may not reflect your individual experience
  • The app is not a substitute for professional medical advice, counseling, or treatment
  • Always consult a qualified healthcare provider before making changes to substance use, especially for alcohol, nicotine, or other substances where withdrawal may pose health risks
  • If you experience a medical emergency, contact emergency services immediately

Subscriptions and Payment

Clevo offers a free trial period followed by optional auto-renewable subscriptions:

  • Free Trial: New users receive a 14-day free trial with full access to all features
  • Monthly Plan: $2.99 per month
  • 6-Month Plan: $9.99 per 6 months
  • Annual Plan: $14.99 per year

Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your device's Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions.

Free Trial

The free trial provides full access to all app features for 14 days from your first use. After the trial period, continued access to premium features requires an active subscription. Core tracking features remain available without a subscription.

User Responsibilities

When using Clevo, you agree to:

  • Use the app only for its intended purpose of personal habit tracking
  • Provide accurate information for your own tracking purposes
  • Not attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the app
  • Not use the app in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations
  • Not redistribute, resell, or sublicense the app

Data and Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. All tracking data is stored locally on your device. Optional iCloud sync is available for backup and multi-device access. We do not collect, store, or share your personal information on our servers. For full details, please review our Privacy Policy.

Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of Clevo, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, and software, are the exclusive property of Apollo Digital Foundry LLC and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Clevo is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that:

  • The app will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free
  • The results obtained from using the app will be accurate or reliable
  • The health timeline information will apply to your individual circumstances
  • Any errors in the app will be corrected

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Apollo Digital Foundry LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or personal injury, arising out of or related to your use of Clevo.

Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to the app at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms of Use or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties. You may terminate your use of the app at any time by uninstalling it and cancelling any active subscriptions.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Use periodically. Changes will be reflected in the app and on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of the app after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Governing Law

These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Washington, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
